We want every placement to be a positive experience. Our policy includes:

• Immediate Concerns: If your puppy is examined within 72 hours and a serious health or congenital issue is identified, you may return the puppy for a full refund or exchange for another puppy.
• Genetic Conditions: If your puppy develops a covered genetic condition within the 1–2 year warranty period, you may choose a replacement puppy, a refund, or reimbursement for veterinary treatment.
• Change of Mind: If within 10 days you feel the puppy is not the right fit, you may return the puppy for a full refund, provided they are in good health.
• Behavioral Concerns: If behavioral issues arise that cannot be resolved with guidance, we can work together to find a solution, which may include returning the puppy and offering a partial or full refund based on the circumstances.
